Pratyusha Banerjee out and Avika Gor in!

They say what goes around comes around. When Pratyusha Banerjee had stepped into the younger Avika Gor’s shoes as Anandi in the popular show Balika Vadhu, little did the actress know that one day the little girl can replace her in another show.

Choti Anandi is most likely to replace the badi Anandi in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. Pratyusha Banerjee couldn’t shoot for the episodes as she was suffering from Dengue. “Pratyusha has not been able to shoot for her daily soap or rehearse for her act…But if she does now perform this week, there is a possibility that she will automatically get ousted from the show,” a source tells a tabloid.

Pratyusha recently got discharged from the hospital and has no clue about what is going to happen. It’s said that she in two minds whether to continue with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa or not.

On the other hand, Avika Gor’s father Sameer confirms that she has received an offer to join the show but refuses to divulge any detail. And, there are other names as well doing the rounds for a wildcard entry in the show. Actor and reality star Ashmit Patel is one of them.

So, who do you want to see in place of Pratyusha Banerjee in Jhalak? Rashmi Desai of Uttaran fame and Avika Gor are the hot contenders for the show that has Madhuri Dixit, Karan Johar and Remo D’Souza as the judges.
